Combines psychodynamic therapy, trauma informed bodywork and free movement to help others shed layers, to ultimately find more freedom within.
While going through deep dark moments herself, she explored and experimented with many different healing modalities. The importance of coming out of her mind, to live life from her heart and above all the wisdom of her body, became very clear.
She facilitates spaces for others to explore their inner landscapes as well. While bringing a calm and peaceful vibe, she loves connecting people to themselves and the world around them and always encourages students to trust in their unique flow, to embrace whatever is present.
